Honest Employment Law Practice was setup in 2003 by our Managing Director Dave Townsend to offer practical and sensible advice to customers throughout the UK without the long term contractual commitments that other providers of this service enforce. Dave believes that if you do a good job you do not need to stipulate early termination and penalty clauses, “if the service is good enough then why would a customer cancel?”.

For many years Honest Employment Law Practice provided specialist Human Resources, Employment Law and general Health & Safety support to all its clients from HR advice on grievances/dismissals and tribunal advice/representation to general health and safety at work and best practice. One area of Health & Safety where we identified a specialist need was the construction industry – enter Clark Hunter and Hudson Health & Safety! Clark and Dave hit it off instantly sharing the same vision and caring approach to customer service and decided to join forces under the banner of HELPGB. So now we can add construction and CDM guidance to our already comprehensive Health & Safety support and now have more specialists than ever before.
